Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect everyone’s time and energy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged the full session rate. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
